Posing, showing off what you have, is huge! What to do, how to do it correctly, how to show my good features, and hide my weaker points. Posing is hard business! Practice pays off and the more we worked on it, the easier it got.
In the NASF Old Dominion Open I placed 4th in Men’s Tall Class (out of 6). For my first show I couldn’t be prouder. As Cj said to me; “your conditioning was on point, just didn’t have the muscle mass that the other competitors had”. And that’s ok, gives me more to drive with in the gym over the next year.
Cj made me really enjoy training for the event and gave me the knowledge on how to discipline my eating to manipulate how my body looks and feels. He showed me what Natural bodybuilding is all about and that it’s the way to go.
